Featured Creative Commons Music
Creative Commons is an American non-profit organization that allows for educational and creative works to be shared legally, upon dedicated licenses, world wide. With use of those type of licenses, here are some examples of published music featured under commercial and non commercial use.

Jamendo is a music library, specifically with use of Creative Commons licenses to purchase music. With the higher value comes better quality of licensing thanks to site moderation.
